Love the salad! I hear the pork quesadilla is really good too, but don't think I can try it b/c that would mean I couldn't get the salad.

Cafe Rio
Who doesn't love Cafe Rio?! We were so excited to hear that one opened about 45 minutes from us in Oxnard. We took a little trip out there for dinner and it did not disappoint! So delicious! I was a bit disappointed when In-n-Out started branching out to other states, especially Utah (no offense Utahans but really it is such a California thing) but now we have your Cafe Rio so we will call it even. If we could only get one a little closer . . . someday.
