Steven Bryce Mince
April 29, 1990 to February 9, 2009
Our sweet nephew passed away on February 9th. We are so sad he is no longer with us and will miss him terribly! We are so glad to know he is in the loving, comforting arms of our Heavenly Father.
Steven, what a kid! He was handsome as ever and had the most beautiful smile. Everyone that came in contact with him was touched by his brilliant smile and love of life. He was so sweet, so thoughtful, kind, loving and patient. Steven was all boy. He loved hiking, surfing, mountain biking, anything out doors. He LOVED kids! He played for hours with all the nieces and nephews and they loved it. You could always tell Steven was enjoying himself too. For a time Steve worked at an after school club. He played with the kids all afternoon and couldn't believe that he got paid for it. It was just too much fun! Steven was a goof ball. He was always joking around, being silly, teasing (it runs in the family). But one of my favorite stories of Steven, that truly shows what kind of person he was, was about Prom. He found out there was a girl that didn't have a date to prom. He didn't know her but called her up and asked her to be his date. He was so excited to take her to prom and make sure she had a great time.
Steve, you are the BEST! We love and miss you.

What a beautiful kid! I'm sure there is some peace in knowing that he's at peace now. My prayers are with you and your family.
Wow he sounds so amazing. I'm sure Heavenly Father is well aware of this too. Families are forever and for now the Bryce Family just earned another angel to watch over you guys. Lots of love your way, Rose
Cute Steven...He was so much fun and so full of love. The world is truely missing out on one of the brightest shining stars. Love you guys, and the family.
Oh Kel, this made me so sad to read. What a nice way to honor and remember what sounds like a really great kid. Your family will be in my prayers.
Thank for posting that Kelly, it's beautiful. He's so cute... miss him so much. Those pictures are so cute too.
So sorry to hear about your families' loss. Whenever I hear of things like this I am always reminded of how precious life is and how comforting the Gospel plan is...still hurts a lot though. We'll be sending out some prayers from here too!
A wonderful tribute. My prayers are still with you all.
