Boys Day at Disneyland

We were invited to Disneyland with a friend and had an absolute blast!   It was all about the boys with 9 of them and only 1 girl.  It was so fun to see them play together.  Rhett was on cloud nine!

Family Night at the Bowling Alley

We needed some family time so we went bowling together.  It was a fun night together!  Just throwing it out there that I had my best bowling game ever and won the first game. 

Gilbert Temple Arizona Trip

The Gilbert Arizona Temple is 2 miles away from my sister Erin's house.  As we have visited we have watched it be built and were so excited to be able to go inside.  It is absolutely gorgeous! 

San Diego

We needed a little family get away so we took off to San Diego.  We camped on the beach, went to Sea World, The Midway and a Cave in La Jolla.  It was just what we needed! 

 The Midway is a Air Craft Carrier turned Musuem.  We walked all through the air craft carrier and Rhett listened to all the prompts learning every bit he could.  He loved it!  Randy couldn't get enough either, he could have been there all day.  It was truly amazing!

Rhett earned his wings by answering all his questions about the air craft carrier he learned from his prompts. 

The cave begins in a gift shop where a long narrow staircase leads you to a cave that opens up to the ocean.  It is kinda a cool little spot that you would never even know was there.

Another Handyman

Rhett was annoyed that we still had child locks on the kitchen cupboards.  He asked Randy to take them off.  Randy got the drill and had all intentions of doing it himself but Rhett wanted to help so he showed him what to do and he took them all off by himself. 

Soccer 2013

Stingers AYSO Soccer Fall 2013

 

Rhett is an excellent soccer player!  He has always been a fast runner which is a good skill for soccer.  His great coordination helps too!  It was so fun to watch him.  We had a good team and had a good season.  

Randy's Donuts

Have always seen this place in movies and thought it would be fun to visit.  We were headed home from Orange County and decided to stop.  The pictures are terrible but it was fun.  Randy told Rhett it was his donuts shop and he still thinks it is true!
