Preschool Graduation Party

Rhett finished his first year of preschool.   They did a cute little program and each got an award.  Rhett got the "too cool" award.  Mrs. Andrea said that the first few weeks of school all the boys started coming with faux hawks like Rhett! :)  Rhett had a great first year, learned a lot and made great new friends.

Preschool Class lined up for their presentation

Memorial Day

The morning started off with the annual ride to McDonald’s for breakfast.  Randy’s parents started taking the grandkids on a bike ride to McDonald’s for breakfast years ago for July 4th.  The kids like it so much that it has been added to the agenda of other holidays as well.  There got to be quite a few kids so now the parents go too.  It was a great ride!  All the kids were old enough and good enough bike riders that it went smoother then some rides in the past.

After our ride we headed home to party!  We spent the day swimming, eating and hanging out with our good friends.  We celebrated Dylan’s Birthday too!

It was  a great way to kick off summer!!

Happy Birthday Randy!

Randy turned 33 this year.  He thought he was already 33 so he was relieved to actually be the age he already thought he was.  Now he might actually remember his age?!  Probably not though, he always forgets.
We went to church and then spent the rest of the afternoon with his family and friends.  Yummy dinner, lots of relaxing, game playing and the kids played, played, played!
Thanks for being a wonderful Dad and Husband!  Thanks for fixing everything, working hard, loving us and caring for us.  We love you!

Party Store Fun!

Rhett and I went to the party store to get a few things.  He tried on all sorts of hats and even made me try on some too.  We had a fun time!

Mother's Day 2012

My mom was here the week before Mother’s Day so she and I got to go out to dinner and spend some time together while the boys were at Father’s and Sons.

On Mother’s Day Rhett gave his first talk in Primary.  He spoke on baptism.  He did a GREAT job!  This is a picture of us practicing in the primary room before church. So happy to be his mom!

Fathers and Sons

Rhett and Randy went to the annual Fathers and Sons outing.  Rhett packed his own bag and was ready to go when Dad got home from work.

The Farm

My mom came and we took Rhett to the farm.  He didn’t like feeding the animals through the shoots so he just started throwing the carrots over the fence.
